Assistant Director of Sales

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the hotel’s revenue targets and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales from corporate, government, leisure, group, and MICE segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, property site inspections, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and other hotel departments to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account production analyses to track performance against targets.
