Looking for: Painter

OPERATIONS

• Perform all preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to painting and waterproofing of the hotel or business center facilities. 

• Inform your direct supervisor of the materials needed to perform the tasks of your specialty. 

• Support in other tasks that do not correspond to your specialty as assigned by your direct supervisor. 

• Report the work orders performed in the CMMS digital maintenance tool. 

• Request internal and/or external help if you are unable to resolve an assigned incident on your own. 

• Make proper use of the work tools designated by the center. 

• Coordination of tasks with other departments in the field of maintenance. 

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Understand the Brand’s philosophy and comply with the standards, operating manuals and identity guidelines that apply to your department.  

• To ensure a positive customer experience and personalize their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.  

• Address customer issues, communicating the actions taken to your supervisor. Escalate the issue to your supervisor if you are unable to provide a solution. 

• To know and promote the hotel’s services and facilities, as well as the entertainment program, experiences and events. 

SAFETY AND HYGIENE

• Know the hotel’s evacuation plan.  

• Know the personal protective equipment and use it correctly. 

• To know the methods, work procedures and risks inherent in your activity. 

• Assume the responsibilities assigned to you in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Manual. 

 REQUIREMENTS 

 EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Technical training. (desirable) 

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: 

• Skills in wide brush painting, cutouts and spray painting. 

• Knowledge in handling painting materials 

• Know the safety regulations in construction.  
• Teamwork
