MISSION: The Massage Therapist provides quality service to clients in relation to therapeutic treatments and massages, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations, committed to achieving excellence in satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage operations by offering clients therapeutic treatments and massages, anticipating their needs and recommending services that best suit their preferences.
• Perform each service according to established standards and protocols.
• Promote the services and products in the Spa, recommending services and treatments, applying upselling and crossselling techniques.
• Ensure that work areas are in good condition for use and are left tidy after use.
• Control the stock of materials necessary to perform the requested services, ensuring their correct use and replacement according to established protocols, and requesting additional materials when required.

What are we looking for?

• Qualification in chiropractic or physiotherapy. Other related qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a massage therapist.
• Outstanding customer focus and attention to detail.
• Intermediate level of English. (B1-B2)
• Proactivity and dynamism
• Positive attitude
