Nous recherchons un Cost Analyst (H/F) en CDI, rigoureux(se), analytique et orienté(e) résultats, pour rejoindre notre équipe Finance et contribuer à l’optimisation de nos performances opérationnelles et financières.
Votre rôle :
Au sein de l’équipe Finance, vous accompagnez la Direction Financière, la Direction des Achats et les équipes opérationnelles dans l’analyse des coûts, le suivi des stocks et l’optimisation de la rentabilité des différents points de vente de l’hôtel.
Grâce à votre esprit analytique et votre sens du détail, vous assurez le suivi des coûts F&B-Retail-Spa et autres, participez au contrôle interne et contribuez à la mise en place d’outils de pilotage permettant une prise de décision éclairée. Véritable partenaire des opérations, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les départements Restauration, Cuisine, Spa, Retail et Achats afin d’identifier les leviers d’amélioration de la performance.
