Guest Service Line

At Hotel Victoria Gran Meliá , an iconic Mediterranean luxury hotel in Palma de Mallorca, we are looking for a Guest Service Line representative passionate about customer service and service excellence. What will you have to do?

• Answer internal and external calls following Gran Meliá’s quality standards.
• Manage and channel guest requests, incidents, and needs.
• Provide information about the hotel’s services and facilities.
• Coordinate requests with the Reception, Housekeeping, Room Service, Maintenance and Concierge departments.
• Track requests to ensure their proper resolution.
• Manage restaurant reservations, special services, and guest experiences.
• Register incidents and requests in corporate systems.
• Promote a personalized experience focused on customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

• Training in Tourism, Hospitality or related areas.
• Previous experience in customer service, hotel reception, Guest Experience or switchboard.
• High level of Spanish and English (other languages, especially German, will be valued).
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using computer tools and hotel management systems.
• Positive attitude, proactivity and passion for service.
