Misión del Puesto
Liderar y gestionar junto con el Jefe Técnico del hotel el departamento técnico, asegurando el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones, optimizando recursos, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y contribuyendo a una experiencia de huésped excelente.
Responsabilidades Principales
Planificación, coordinación y supervisión del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
Gestión del equipo técnico: organización, formación, evaluación y seguimiento.
Control del presupuesto y gestión de proveedores externos.
Aseguramiento del cumplimiento normativo (PRL, PCI, Legionella, electricidad, etc.).
Garantía de operatividad de instalaciones críticas como climatización, electricidad, fontanería o ascensores.
Liderazgo de proyectos de eficiencia energética, sostenibilidad y mejoras técnicas.
Coordinación de intervenciones especiales durante eventos o alta ocupación.
Velar por la satisfacción del cliente y minimizar incidencias.
Perfil del/la candidato/a
Formación:
FP Grado Superior en Mantenimiento o similar, Ingeniería Técnica o similar.
Experiencia:
Experiencia mínima de 3–5 años en posiciones similares, preferiblemente en hotelería o edificios terciarios.
Experiencia demostrable en gestión de equipos técnicos y proveedores.
Conocimientos técnicos:Climatización y sistemas HVAC
Instalaciones eléctricas y baja tensión
Fontanería e hidráulica
Sistemas de PCI
Gestión de BMS y eficiencia energética
Competencias clave:
