The Gritti Palace, a hotel belonging to Marriott International’s Luxury Collection brand, is currently seeking a Sous Chef.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Executive Chef and join the hotel’s Culinary Department. They will become part of a team of passionate and dedicated culinary professionals.
This is a full-time, permanent position (non-seasonal).
