About the role:
As Pastry Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest, you will support the Pastry Chef in leading the pastry operation across our award-winning dining outlets, including Kollázs Brasserie & Bar, MÚZSA Bar, banqueting, in-room dining, and bespoke culinary experiences. You will play a key role in creating exceptional pastry and dessert offerings, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation, and ensuring every creation reflects the craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail synonymous with the Four Seasons experience. You will assist in supervising and developing a talented pastry team, helping to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Through hands-on leadership, innovation, and a passion for pastry artistry, you will contribute to memorable guest experiences while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the pastry kitchen. This role is ideal for a skilled and motivated pastry professional who is passionate about luxury hospitality, enjoys mentoring and developing others, and is committed to delivering world-class pastry experiences in one of Budapest’s most prestigious hotels.
