🎯 JOB OBJECTIVE

Lead and manage the Fitness Centre, Kidsdom, and resort recreational activities to deliver engaging guest experiences, maintain high service and safety standards, and maximize revenue opportunities.

✨ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• 🏋️ Operations: Oversee daily operations of the Fitness Centre, Kidsdom, and resort activities, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• 🎯 Guest Experience: Develop diverse, creative, and engaging activities to enhance guest experience and participation.
• 💰 Revenue: Monitor activity participation and identify opportunities to increase ancillary revenue.
• 📅 Activities & Promotions: Plan and coordinate daily activities, monthly/quarterly promotions, and special events with relevant departments.
• 👥 Team Leadership: Lead, train, coach, and evaluate the Recreation team to ensure consistent skills, service quality, and brand standards.
• 🛡️ Safety & Facilities: Ensure safety protocols, equipment, facilities, preventive maintenance, and incident reporting are properly managed.
• 📊 Performance: Monitor guest feedback, Quality KPIs, activity performance, revenue, and operational costs; prepare reports and improvement plans.
• 📦 Resources & Budget: Manage schedules, supplies, purchasing, stock, budgets, and monthly forecasts while controlling costs and minimizing waste.
• ❤️ Guest Relations: Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure effective service recovery.
• 🤝 Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, Engineering, and relevant partners to ensure seamless resort operations.
• 📌 Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager according to business needs.

🔎 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 🎓 Education: College Degree or above.
• 💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in an international hotel/resort.
• 👑 Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, planning, and team management skills.
• 💻 Computer: Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• 🇻🇳 Vietnamese: Excellent written and spoken.
• 🇬🇧 English: Good written and spoken.
• 🌟 Internal Candidates: Minimum 1 year in a similar position in a hotel of comparable category and services.
