L&T Coordinator

MISSION : To perform the role of Learning & Talent Development Coordinator in your hotel group, according to the competencies of your position and following the company’s policies, processes and tools, always focusing on ensuring a good experience for employees and candidates.

What will you have to do? 

• Support in gathering training needs based on the allocated annual budget.
• Ensure access to and training on the e-Meliá Platform for hotel groups.
• Participate in the Onboarding process by delivering, explaining and registering documentation according to existing legislation and procedures.
• Organize on-the-job/legislative training in hotels, based on the needs assessment carried out.
• Support the organization of pre-opening and rebranding training, following the provided guidelines. Coordinate the implementation of service culture training in the hotels.
• Carry out the entry of training data into DIGITAL SPACE to ensure that all training carried out in hotels is recorded.
• Support the Manager in identifying internal talent based on the defined guidelines, tools, and campaigns.
• Coordinate the proper execution of the individual Development plans (PTP and JTP) together with the mentor and follow up with the participant.

Requirements:

• 1 or more years of experience.
• English language skills.
• Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
• Planning, proactivity for excellence and teamwork as outstanding skills in your professional profile.
• Knowledge of the Learning area in both digital and face-to-face environments.
• Strategic vision focused on the area.
