Residential Chief Engineer
About the Role:
The Engineering Manager supports the Director of Engineering in the daily operation, maintenance, preservation, and enhancement of the residential property’s building systems, common areas, and physical assets. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day engineering operations, preventive maintenance activities, resident service requests, vendor services, and building maintenance programs to ensure the property operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
The Engineering Manager works closely with Residential Management, residents, contractors, and service providers to support building performance, regulatory compliance, asset preservation, and resident satisfaction. This role combines technical knowledge, operational oversight, and resident service with limited supervisory responsibilities to support the overall success of the Residential property experience.
This position is actively involved in daily building operations and maintenance activities and may be required to respond to emergencies, critical incidents, and operational issues outside normal business hours.
