Assistant Executive Housekeeperは宿泊部ハウスキ－ピングのチームに所属し、ハウスキーピング部門の日常業務を監督します。客室、パブリックエリア、バックオブハウスエリアが常にマンダリン オリエンタル、MOQA、フォーブスのクオリティスタンダードを満たすことを保証します。Executive Housekeeper不在時には部門の全責任を負います。

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo / within the Housekeeping, the Assistant Executive Housekeeper assists in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department. The role ensures that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas consistently meet Mandarin Oriental, MOQA, and Forbes standards. The incumbent acts as a role model, supports operational leadership, and assumes full responsibility of the department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
The Assistant Executive Housekeeper reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper and works closely with the Director of Rooms and other Rooms Division leaders. He/she supports the supervision and development of all Housekeeping colleagues.
