• Provide administrative support to the HSE Department in daily operations.
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, records and registration logs.
• Assist in organizing occupational health and safety training sessions.
• Support the coordination of employees’ medical examinations.
• Assist with workplace safety inspections and follow-up on identified non-conformities.
• Support accident investigation documentation and record keeping.
• Assist in monitoring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) records and distribution.
• Support environmental protection and waste management activities.
• Maintain HACCP documentation, monitoring forms and food safety records.
