About the role
The Lead Therapist is responsible for maintaining treatment protocols, driving service quality, supporting daily operational and administrative requirements, and fostering a collaborative, professional, and guest-focused environment. Reporting to the Spa Director, the Lead Therapist plays an active role in training and mentoring colleagues, enhancing the guest experience, overseeing facial and skincare programs, supervising the aesthetics and therapist team, and delivering advanced skincare treatments, while contributing to the achievement of financial, operational, and service excellence goals and ensuring all treatments align with Four Seasons’ luxury standards.
