Storekeeper

To manage and control the hotel’s daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring inventory of goods and supplies. Ensure all stock items are properly handled, recorded, stored, and distributed according to hotel standards, established procedures, and internal control requirements while maintaining stock accuracy and availability to support smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

A. Receiving & Inspection

1. Receive incoming goods and supplies from suppliers in accordance with approved purchase orders and delivery documents.
2. Check the quantity, quality, specifications, and condition of received items.
3. Ensure all goods received match the approved purchase orders and delivery notes.
4. Report any discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or incorrect deliveries to the Purchasing Department and immediate supervisor.
5. Ensure all received goods are properly documented and recorded in the inventory system.
6. Coordinate with the Purchasing Department and relevant departments regarding goods receiving issues.

B. Stock Management & Inventory Control

1. Maintain accurate stock records for all items stored in the hotel warehouse.
2. Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory is available to support daily hotel operations.
