Manager, Engineering

Description:

• – Responsible for the property repair & maintenance of all buildings, plant and equipment of Amari Buriram United.

• – Control daily expenditures and expenditures involving alterations and improvements. Ensure daily operation efficiency by keeping track of entries in all operational documents.

• – Inspect buildings and installations according to a set schedule.

• – Planning, Executing and following all projects assigned and prioritizing works to ensure the customer’s satisfaction and hotels needs are met

• – Revise and make recommendations to the General Manager concerning engineering facilities.

• – Supervise repair work, maintenance and operations of installations under his control.

• – Prepare reports to the General Manager

• – Annual Engineering Department budget preparation.

• – Work closely with Security Department implementing safety/ security measures throughout the hotel.

• – Conduct and maintain continuously fire safety training

Qualifications:

• – Thai nationality only

• – Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in the same position, 3-4 star hotel environments

• – Matured, self-motivated, fast learning character with good interpersonal and organizing skills

• – Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and to work under pressure.
