Position Summary

Support Sales & Marketing operations by coordinating administrative activities, preparing sales documentation, managing client communications, and promoting brand awareness while maximizing revenue opportunities and maintaining guest loyalty.

What you’ll do

• Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
• Coordinate client communications via phone and email.
• Assist with site inspections for prospective clients.
• Maintain and reconcile sales leads, commissions, and related information systems.
• Answer guest enquiries regarding facilities, services, packages, and promotions.
• Compile and distribute sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the Sales & Marketing team.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and telephone etiquette skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and administrative systems.
