About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the reception team, always ensuring smooth front desk operations. 

As Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Ensure a flawless check-in and check-out process.

• Take care of guests throughout their stay.

• Liaise effectively with other hotel departments to guarantee seamless guest experience.
