Based Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, the Hygiene Officer is responsible for but not limited to developing, implementing, and maintaining robust hygiene and sanitation protocols to safeguard the quality and safety of our food products. The Hygiene Officer reports to the Director of Restaurnts, Bars & Experiences.
