Accounting Clerk

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join us as an Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) in part-time (30 hours per week).

  • Issuing invoices and preparing billing statements
  • Organizing, safeguarding, and maintaining files, records, and payment documents
  • Preparing financial statements and corresponding reports
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • A completed vocational training is desirable, or relevant experience in accounting is advantageous, but not essential!
  • A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Numerical affinity and strategic thinking
  • Good command of German and English, both spoken and written

What to Expect: 

After comprehensive onboarding, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing all invoices for accurate entry, verifying mathematical accuracy, and ensuring proper posting
  • Issuing invoices and preparing billing statements
  • Organizing, safeguarding, and maintaining files, records, and payment documents
  • Preparing financial statements and corresponding reports
  • Supporting internal and external audits
