• Collect and process all invoices for payment after ensuring the appropriate purchase orders and authorizations are obtained.
• Prepare scheduled payment listings and ensure all payments are properly approved prior to processing.
• Perform monthly supplier reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all required financial and statutory reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Maintain an effective filing and reference system to support the smooth operation of the Finance Department.
• Arrange and manage credit facilities with suppliers as required.
• Maintain an accurate accruals register at period-end.
• Carry out related duties and special projects as assigned by management.

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the hospitality industry or a luxury resort environment.
• Prior experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, supplier reconciliation, and payment processing.
• A recognized qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; professional accounting certifications such as ACCA/CIMA are an advantage).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures, including accruals and reporting obligations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional attitude and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, dynamic resort environment.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with accounting/ERP systems is preferred.
• Positive, energetic attitude and a proactive, team‑oriented approach.
