MISSION :
L’Agent de Réservations et Services Clients H/F prend en charge les réservations reçues par téléphone et par Internet (via le système de réservations) et tente de répondre au mieux aux besoins de la clientèle et de la fidéliser en lui offrant un accueil de qualité. Il/Elle optimise les ventes et s’occupe parfois des encaissements et remboursements, dans le cas des acomptes de paiement. Le principal objectif de l’Agent de Réservations et Services Clients H/F est d’appréhender au mieux le besoin des clients afin de leur proposer des solutions adaptées. Enfin, il/elle est en charge du standard de l’hôtel grâce auquel il oriente et renseigne les correspondants téléphoniques internes et externes.
