FONCTIONS REQUISES:
1. Pouvoir appliquer les procédures de pointage horaires (planning).
2. Etre capable de reconnaître tous les éléments propres aux événements journaliers (+ clients réguliers, VIP et feuilles de fonctions).
3. Etre capable d’accompagner les clients en arrivée à leurs chambres, prendre en main leurs bagages avec soin de façon efficace et présenter l’intérieur de la chambre.
4. Pouvoir prendre en charge une demande de changement de chambre (délogement).
5. Etre capable de s’occuper des bagages des clients en départ ainsi que les demandes de transport.
