Formação: Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas; Pós-graduação/MBA em Gestão de Pessoas ou áreas afins (desejável).
Experiência: Experiência anterior em RH, preferencialmente com atuação generalista; Vivência em subsistemas de RH: recrutamento e seleção, DP/folha, treinamento e desenvolvimento; Experiência prévia em hotelaria (desejável).
Idioma: Inglês intermediário/avançado (desejável).
