About the location:

Four Season Residences is a complex with 4 luxury residential towers of 35 floors each, for total of 470 units. Built on 2,4 hectares of land in 1998-1999. Four Seasons Residences is located in Setiabudi, just between Jalan Rasuna Said and Jalan SUdirman. Those two streets are the most important of the business district of Jakarta, with may prestigious office towers and hotels. About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Chief Engineering to support in overseeing the maintenance and operational efficiency of our premium residential property. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and commitment to service excellence.

What you will do

– Assist Engineering Dept Head in planning and managing all engineering and maintenance operations

– Supervise daily activities of the Engineering team, including technicians and contractors.

– Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently and in timely manner

– Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing issues

– Support energy saving- and sustainability initiatives across the property.

What you bring

– Minimum 3-5 years of engineering experience Residential, Hotel of Mixed-use properties

– Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Engineering

– Strong leadership and technical problem -solving skills

– Hands-on experience with building systems (MEP, HVAC, water pumps, Generator, etc)

– Familiar with local safety, health and building regulations

– Able to operate Building Automation System is a plus

– Able to work in weekends if needed
