W Prague is looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Finance to join our Finance team and be part of the new luxury lifestyle hotel.

What you’ll do:
• Lead the day-to-day Accounting function and support the Finance team
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash management and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate month-end closing, P&L and financial reporting
• Monitor VAT, taxes and statutory requirements
• Support audits, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Maintain strong financial controls and compliance
• Work closely with the Director of Finance, Owners and hotel departments
• Coach and develop the Accounting team and help create a strong Finance culture
What we’re looking for:
• Solid experience in accounting, ideally within hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations and accounting processes
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Someone who enjoys working in an international and dynamic environment
