Looking for a talented Assistant Director of Finance to join our team and significantly contribute to reopen our newly remodeled resort in the American Riviera, Santa Barbara!
What you will do:
The Assistant Director of Finance will assist the Director of Finance in the administration of all financial aspects of the Resort’ operation, ensure that all local and corporate policies and procedures are observed, and supervise the day-to-day operation of the Finance and Accounting office.
Key Elements of the Job:
· Recruit, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline finance employees in ensuring that established cultural and core standards are met, daily activities and planning for department operation.
· Assist the Director of Finance in the administration of all financial aspects of the hotel’s operation including residences operations.
· Meet with the Director of Finance on a regular basis to communicate all accounting activities and results of the Accounting office meeting or any other related issues.
· Prepare financial statements, accruals and journal entries, maintain reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts in established corporate formats and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.https://careers.fourseasons.com/us/en/job/REQ10374096/Assistant-Director-of-Finance
