The Role of the Assistant Director of People & Culture:
Assistant Director of People & Culture plays a key role in supporting the overall People & Culture strategy, ensuring an exceptional employee experience throughout the entire team member lifecycle. This position partners closely with leaders across the hotel to foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, support talent acquisition and retention initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role provides leadership across HR operations, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and colleague wellbeing, while helping to develop talent and strengthen organizational capabilities.
