Assistant Director, Public Relations, and Marketing

Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means “beautiful hill”.

 

 

Who We Look For:

The Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is currently looking for Assistant Director, Public Relations and Marketing for Four Seasons Resorts Bali. 

This position reports to Senior Director of Public Relations and Marketing, Four Seasons Resorts Bali.

This position will support and lead initiatives that enhance the visibility and prestige of Four Seasons Resorts Bali (Jimbaran Bay and Sayan), drive demand across all segments, and deepen our engagement with media, influencers, and discerning guests.

The primary responsibilities for this position will be for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with the Four Seasons brand, build emotional connections with our audience, and support key revenue-driving departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Events and Signature Experiences.

We are looking for individuals who have strong leadership and able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, and can evidence having a solid work ethic, good business acumen, a passion for service and people-management skills. A creative mind with a passion to be ahead of trends is essential. This position requires a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and be visible in the operation during key events and operational needs. Some travels may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Communications
  • High level support contributing to the activation and successful implementation of Public Relations and Marketing strategies for both properties.
  • Proactively manage media relationships, host journalists and influencers, and secure positive editorial coverage across print, broadcast, digital, and social platforms.
  • Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, fact sheets, and executive speeches in line with brand voice.
  • Collaborate with Four Seasons Corporate and regional teams to align messaging and maximize reach.
  • Organize press events, media FAMs, and on-property experiences that showcase our Signature Experiences and service culture.
