As Assistant Entertainment Manager, you will be responsible for adapting, developing, and overseeing the departmental strategy established at the hotel by the Manager, committing to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in the hotel sector, in 4 and 5* hotels
• Specific higher qualification.
• Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Knowledge of sports, wellbeing/wellness, children’s and artistic programs.
• Knowledge of hotel management tools.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• A vocation for service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Organization and planning.
• Proactivity and innovation.
• Attention to detail.
• High level of English (C1-C2), with proficiency in a second language such as French or German being highly valued.
