As Assistant General Manager your responsibility will include:
– Covering General Manager duties when he is not on site
-Creating a relationship with the guest throughout their stay
-Coordinating and organise the services available to guests on a daily basis
-Facilitating the development of their staff by helping to bring out the best in them and by supporting them in their career development
-Participating in the recruitment and integration of new employees
-Participating in the analysis of results and the implementation of any necessary corrective actions
-Overseeing the quality of the hotel’s services and performance through guest comments and feedback
-Working with the General Manager to draw up a sales action plan for the hotel and oversee its implementation
-Drawing up the employees work schedules, ensuring that manpower is organised in relation to the hotel’s activity and in line with local regulations and budget
We are looking for someone who:
-Would have proven hospitality experience
-Can work under pressure
– Is dependable, honest, dedicated and enthusiastic
-Is a fast-learner and great at multi-tasking
-Critical thinking and problem solving is their second nature
