主な業務内容

  • 従業員対応(ER:懲戒・苦情・相談対応等)
  • 採用・選考プロセスのサポート
  • トレーニング管理および法定研修の運用
  • 給与・勤怠・人事関連の問い合わせ対応
  • 人事戦略・後継者育成計画の支援 など

応募要件

  • 人事業務の実務経験をお持ちの方
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
  • 前向きで、コミュニケーション力の高い方

※ホスピタリティ業界での経験、ITスキルをお持ちの方は歓迎します。
