Mission
The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Manager in managing the department, ensuring compliance with established financial and customer satisfaction objectives.
Functions
Coordinate the service and product offering for the Spa and ensure that they are implemented and executed correctly.
Adapting Spa service protocols and standards, supporting implementation and ensuring that the team knows and understands all manuals, programs, and departmental standards.
Support in the implementation of the Spa’s sales strategy, according to customer segments, assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns.
Support the search for strategic alliances with local partners who are aligned with the brand’s philosophy and who can add greater value to the local product offered.
Support the dissemination of the Spa and Wellness concept through presentations to stakeholders to attract future clients.
Research and support the development of innovative plans and programs that keep the Spa at the forefront.
Validate departmental orders, keeping track of inventories and costs.
Research and analyze information about the competition to maintain the Spa’s positioning.
Coordinate, support the implementation and analyze the pilot projects determined in your area.
Support in the management of the hotel’s seasonal closing and reopening processes.
