Ayudar en la ejecución de las actividades de mantenimiento de máquinas, equipos e instalaciones, siguiendo criterios y procedimientos preestablecidos, visando la seguridad y bienestar de los clientes, conforme las características de la marca.
1 año directamente en el cargo en hoteles, técnico en mantenimiento industrial o carreras afines o dos años de experiencia relacionada al titulo de formación técnica. *Certificación en alturas (obligatoria)
*Certificación de Competencia Laboral en Instalaciones Eléctricas Residenciales o similar, otorgada por el Consejo Nacional de Técnicos Electricistas (CONTE) o por entidades de certificación laboral reconocidas por el SENA (Opcional)
Gestión de Inventario de Repuestos y Materiales
Gestión de Presupuestos y Costos: realizar compras adecuadas y minimizar costos sin comprometer la calidad.
Habilidades para coordinar y supervisar el trabajo de proveedores y contratistas externos en áreas
especializadas, asegurando que el servicio cumpla con los estándares del hotel.
Herramientas ofimáticas nivel medio (excel, word, power point)
Uso de web, Drive, y aplicaciones básicas.
