As a Supervisor at Botanist, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while supporting the daily operations of one of Canada’s most celebrated restaurant and bar destinations. What you will be doing:

• Supervise and support daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and elevated guest experiences
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver Forbes 5-Star service standards
• Act as a floor leader, maintaining presence and supporting service during peak periods
• Ensure all food and beverage offerings are presented and served to the highest standards
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care
• Support training, onboarding, and continuous development of colleagues
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate key operational updates
• Work closely with Culinary and Bar teams to ensure alignment and service flow
• Monitor staffing levels, service efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
• Assist with administrative duties including scheduling, reporting, and inventory control
