We are looking for a talented Chef de Party with strong experience in Asian and International cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section.
Ensure consistency and excellence in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Contribute ideas for menu development and new dish creation.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role.
Proven background in Asian (e.g., Thai, Japanese, Chinese, or Southeast Asian) and International cuisine.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Passionate about cooking and eager to learn and grow.
