About the role
The Guest Services Supervisor performs the duties of Valet, Door and Bell Attendants as well as shuttle driver, and reports directly to the Assistant Guest Services Manager. The Guest Services Supervisor responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest’s needs and expectations. As an ambassador of the hotel, the Guest Services Agent is also a Guest Relations Agent by being knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and the activities offered to our valued guests.
