• Révision du bilan :
Effectuer des rapprochements réguliers, analyser les comptes et vérifier l’exactitude du bilan.
• Comptabilité quotidienne :
Superviser la comptabilité fournisseurs, la comptabilité clients et les écritures au grand livre pour l’établissement de 116 chambres.
• Reporting financier :
Préparer les comptes de résultat mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
• Contrôle de nuit (Night Audit) :
Vérifier les rapports de recettes quotidiens, les audits des chambres ainsi que les ventes de restauration et de boissons.
• Gestion de la paie :
Gérer la paie du personnel, les pourboires, les frais de service et les déclarations fiscales y afférentes.
• Budgétisation :
Participer à l’élaboration du budget annuel de l’hôtel et suivre les performances par rapport aux objectifs.
• Gestion des stocks :
Surveiller le coût des marchandises vendues et superviser les inventaires périodiques des fournitures ainsi que des stocks de nourriture et de boissons.
• Conformité : Veiller au respect de la législation fiscale locale, du droit du travail et des procédures de contrôle financier interne.
• Gestion des délais :
Capacité avérée à respecter des échéances strictes pour les rapports financiers mensuels et trimestriels.
• Formation :
Licence (Bachelor) en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe (titre de CPA non requis).
• Expérience :
Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité, dont au moins 3 ans dans le secteur hôtelier, idéalement au sein d’un établissement du groupe ACCOR.
