Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie – Dstrikt Steakhouse PM

At our Dstrikt Steakhouse, we craft exceptional dining experiences centered around premium cuts, precise grilling and outstanding hospitality. As a Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie for the evening shift, you will play a key role in delivering an unforgettable dinner experience — ensuring every guest enjoys perfectly prepared steaks, refined accompaniments, and impeccable presentation that define our restaurant.

You will be responsible for the preparation, presentation, and service of dinner dishes to the highest standards, supporting the kitchen team in maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency during a high-volume evening service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality steakhouse dishes in accordance with Ritz-Carlton standards
• Maintain mise en place, ensuring all items are prepared and available for smooth dinner service
