About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Chef de Partie you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and in line with the restaurant’s quality and efficiency. This position involves managing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food, as well as ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in your section of the kitchen.
  • Manage food stock levels, assisting in ordering and minimizing waste.
