The Role
As Chef de Partie – Cake / Wedding Cake Artist, you will bring creativity, precision, and artistry to the Pastry Kitchen, specializing in the creation of elegant and bespoke wedding cakes and celebration cakes. You will be responsible for transforming concepts into beautifully crafted creations that reflect each couple’s vision while upholding our exceptional standards of quality and presentation.
You will work closely with the Pastry and Events teams to create memorable centrepieces for weddings and special celebrations, while contributing to the success of the culinary team during this exciting pre-opening phase.
