What sets the Food & Beverage Team apart?

We are the largest team in the house, working closely and collegially together, and we have established a very good buddy system for new employees. We consistently manage to enchant our guests with our culinary creations at the Legendary Brunch, Candlelight Dinner, or large-scale catering events for various Viennese events. In stressful times, we stick together and support each other.

 

What will you do?

  • You will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of cold dishes.
  • You will manage the operations within your station, ensuring that your team members work hand in hand.
  • You will ensure proper storage and processing of food.
  • You will monitor adherence to hygiene standards.
  • You will ensure consistent quality standards at your station.
  • You will coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service operations.

 

What makes you stand out?

You can handle hectic situations during peak times well, keeping a cool head and staying focused on your role and your team. You have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. You have already gained relevant experience and can handle ingredients with quality and cost awareness. You enjoy Austrian and American cuisine and you want to grow and perhaps pursue an international career.
