The Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance, safety, functionality, and operational efficiency of the hotel’s engineering and maintenance operations. This role ensures that all building systems, guest rooms, public areas, plant equipment, and back-of-house facilities are maintained to the highest standards in compliance with Hilton brand standards, local regulations, and safety requirements. The Chief Engineer leads the Engineering team to support exceptional guest experiences while driving preventive maintenance, sustainability initiatives, and cost-effective operations.
