Novotel Surfers Paradise is seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Engineer to lead the Engineering Department and ensure our hotel facilities, infrastructure and assets are maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, efficiency and presentation.
This is a key leadership role within the hotel, responsible for protecting and enhancing our physical assets while driving operational excellence, sustainability initiatives and team performance.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel engineering, maintenance, compliance and capital works.
