Club Lounge Ambassador

Together with your team, redefine the understanding of luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal care of our demanding guests and top VIPs in our exclusive Club Lounge
• Check-in and Check-out
• Concierge activities such as booking theatre and event tickets as well as the sale of sightseeing tours
• Coordination of food and beverage service
• Complaint management

Your Qualifications:

• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
• Previous Professional experience at the Reception or in Guest Relations
• Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
• Attention to detail
• Professional communication skills and appearance
• resilience, teamwork and flexibility
• Quality awareness
• A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
• excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
• knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
