E-Commerce Strategy & Performance

• Develop and execute the hotels’ e-commerce strategy to maximize direct online revenue and market share.
• Manage website performance, booking engine optimization, content management, and user experience.
• Monitor website analytics, conversion rates, and digital revenue performance, implementing improvements to drive results.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams on SEO, SEM, metasearch, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance online guest acquisition and direct booking penetration.

Distribution Management

• Manage all distribution channels, including Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), wholesalers, and direct channels.
• Ensure accurate rate loading, inventory availability, restrictions, and content consistency across all platforms.
• Maintain channel parity and monitor pricing competitiveness.
• Conduct regular audits of distribution systems and connectivity to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with Revenue Management to implement pricing and inventory strategies.
