Cluster Reservations Agent is responsible for managing room reservations for multiple properties, ensuring accurate booking administration, inventory control, and timely communication with guests, travel agents, and internal departments. This role supports revenue optimization by maximizing room occupancy, maintaining reservation accuracy, and delivering prompt, professional service.

The position is essential to handle daily reservation inquiries, process booking modifications and cancellations, coordinate with Front Office and Revenue teams, and maintain guest satisfaction while ensuring operational efficiency across the cluster.
