Based at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Culinary Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Commis carries out kitchen duties whilst ensuring smooth, coordinated team effort in the kitchen. The Commis reports to the Junior Sous Chef.
