Available Positions:
• Commis 1
• Chef de Partie
• Junior Sous Chef
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Japanese cuisine (sushi, robata, or modern izakaya preferred)
• Strong team spirit and attention to detail
• Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is an advantage
