Description:

  • Consistently deliver a high quality culinary product.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Culinary Arts Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an Italian or European cuisine kitchen.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Willingness to learn Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Basic understanding of food hygiene and food safety standards (Food Safety/HACCP).
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Responsible hardworking patient and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
