Your primary responsibility will be to anticipate and fulfill guest needs, providing expert recommendations, seamless arrangements, and unparalleled hospitality to enhance their stay. As a key ambassador of the hotel, you will serve as the primary connection between guests and the dynamic city of Calgary, ensuring that every interaction reflects the elegance and excellence of Fairmont Palliser. With your professionalism, keen attention to detail, and passion for curating memorable experiences, you will uphold the highest service standards, further solidifying Fairmont Palliser’s reputation as Calgary’s premier luxury destination. Reporting to the Chef Concierge.
